How do you go on living, when your world is shattered? This question is at the heart of the autobiographical documentary, Catherine’s Kindergarten. Told from the point of view of a mother who lost her only child, the film juxtaposes her emotional journey to make meaning out of her radically altered life with her physical journey to a remote Nepalese village in the shadow of the snow-capped Himalayas to open a school (Catherine’s Kindergarten) in memory of her daughter.
