#1000 Philosophical Discussion:  Healthcare … How Much for Who?

Moderator: Daryl Kuiper

In this discussion, we will tackle a big topic: healthcare.  Let us look at some specific questions such as: Should healthcare be unlimited for all?  What about “risk takers” like smokers, drug users, people who live dangerous lifestyles?  Should the government step in and cover all healthcare?  Should there be limitations on healthcare received, like age or general health?  Is there are “fairness factor” involved in healthcare?  This is an open discussion – bring your opinions and ideas!

Daryl Kuiper, MA in Mathematics from the University of Nebraska, and a BA in Mathematics from the University of Colorado.  He has been a teacher, business owner, plumbing inspector supervisor, and a school administrator.
