#2020 A Hundred Years of Warner Bros!

Instructor: Sandy Halby

Warner Bros. was founded one hundred years ago on April 4, 1923. We all recognize the iconic WB logo from Looney Tunes; the many, many films Warner Bros. produced; and the entertainment venues and video games from the company. Warner Bros. today is home to Wizarding World and the Harry Potter movies, Game of Thrones, and Hanna-Barbera, to name a few immediately recognized brands. Let's learn a bit more about this studio's history, the stars that walked through its sound stages and across its screens, and what might be coming in the future!

Sandy Halby, BS in Mathematics from the University of Alaska. She is a military veteran and retired from the federal government as a civil servant. Currently, she is president of a local Mensa group and active in the Pikes Peak Beekeepers Association.
