In this class, we will discuss the beginning of the universe starting with the Big Bang. Along the way, we will discuss inflation and the Cosmic Microwave Background and the significance of these events. Then on to star and galaxy formation and an overview of neutron stars and black holes. Finally, we will discuss the most likely ending to the universe.
Carl Reese: MS in Computer Science from Colorado Technical University and a BS in Computer Science from University of Pittsburgh.
