#2090 The History of the Department of the VA

We will look at the Veterans Administration from its founding in the Civil War era through becoming a cabinet level agency and the second largest employer after the Department of Defense. This class will be a frank discussion on politics (the Iron Triangle), scandals, and problems.  

William (Bill) Wright: MSA in Management Engineering from George Washington University and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech.
